Blending Ancient Wisdom with Modern Training...With a pioneering spirit and a passion for redefining the boundaries of fitness and personal development, I have been leading the Manor Car Park Gym since March 2018 and founded Project ARAWN in October 2022. Since 2018, we've been redefining what it means to be a gym, emphasizing the importance of the right tools, setting, and guidance in crafting stronger, resilient individuals.Project ARAWN: A revolutionary 4-day training and re-connection camp based on the South Wales coast, inspired by the Silures Celtic warrior tribe. This camp, established in 2022, is a journey back to our roots - living in the forest, swimming in the sea, and engaging in rigorous training on the sand dunes. It’s a place to reconnect with oneself, with others, and with nature.
