Project Manager
CurrentAfter showing a keen interest in project management, Ezekia created an opportunity for me to become a project manager. This role means I am responsible for both the Ezekia and Not Actively Looking platforms and their development and maintenance. The role is also split up into two halves, 50% Project Manager and 50% Frontend developer using Vue.js.I use Clickup as our main project management tool where I generate a backlog of tasks and bug, create a roadmap and Gantt chart views for outlining progress and monitoring developer capacity, and generate reports for our clients.Part of this role has allowed me to take responsibility for our customer service help desk (FreshDesk) to get an idea on what bugs are reported and feature requests, which I can then prioritise and present to our CTO & CEO to plan out our roadmap. I also discuss these feature requests with the customer(s) to understand the full requirements for the idea and ultimate make a decision with our CTO whether or not we can fit the request into out roadmap. As I progress in this role, more responsibilities are being passed to me such as reporting and querying the production database for customers, running duplicate merging on our production database (between 50-5000 records a time) and the onboarding of new team members.
