Andy is the Head of Customer Success, leading a team of four people looking after the needs of executive search firms using the cloud based 'Ezekia' executive search platform. As well as leading the team, Andy gives direct support, performs demonstrations, training and client 1 to 1s. He is adept at communicating in depth technical concepts to non-technical people. Andy has produced a series of training and marketing videos for the platform, from the initial storyboard, through scripting to recording the video and performing the voice-over (Andy is a professionally trained voice over artist). He has mounted marketing and newsletter campaigns for current and potential client search firms.Previous experience is largely in the Oracle and CRM technical space:• Oracle eBusiness developer.• Certified Oracle Siebel Consultant since 2002 with hands-on development skills in versions v6. v7.5, v7.7, v8.2 and CRM On Demand.• Oracle Siebel Consultant with development team lead responsibilities for various types of Siebel projects including upgrades, enhancements and new implementations.• Oracle eBusiness Developer, supporting a major upgrade project to version 12.2.5.• Prior career includes experience in support, development and technical roles across a variety of platforms and technologies.
