Responsible for sales, promotion, and marketing of brands by providing maximum company sales through planning, executing, follow-up, evaluation, and review. Coach Account Executive team to achieve sales goals and management objectives as assigned. Collaborate with key accounts in geographic region to improve distribution of product within set accounts. Provide consistent and regular communication to team through weekly meetings and brainstorm solutions to overcome obstacles encountered in the field.

Directs Initiatives and Communicates with key SWS corporate and SWS strategic supplier sales management.Responsible for all pricing and financial tools necessary to attain goals.Responsible for program management. Statewide Chain programming point person.Responsible for goaling, tracking and managing opportunities and mitigating any foreseeable shortfalls. Work with SWS and Supplier sales managers and SWS pricing managers to identify needs and resources necessary to attain goal.Conducts scheduled supplier business reviews and upcoming program overviews.Forecasting - Manage and communicate inventory needs to SWS purchasing based on trends, price increases, Fiscal Year goals and program goals.
