Responsible for the daily running of a number of Cash & Debt processes to help ensure the company reached financial targets.Managing work flow to agents and management of Thames Water's commercial billing system. Production and presentation of MI to the business.

Worked in debt collection in customer service and Thames Water's in-house debt collection agency, County Wide Collection. I was responsible for dialling out, taking inbound calls and responding to correspondence.
