• Designed and implemented a multi-head model for Wit.ai, Meta’s third-party developer platform that provides NLP services for free, using a RoBERTa-based language model as the encoder and multiple MLP decoders to decode multiple traits of a given utterance simultaneously.• Implemented a complete training pipeline via PyTorch Lightning and ran k-fold benchmarks on live Wit.ai domains; the multi-trait model yielded comparable results with the existing single-trait models while saving substantial computational resources• Integrated the multi-trait model with Wit.ai’s Lite Training and Lite Compute systems• Implemented a full-stack tagging system for Data Diffs, a source-control system for Assistant Studio’s NLP training data, with React.js and PHP/Hack to facilitate better data management• Hooked the tags with a backend reaper to prevent important Data Diffs from being reaped
