Warrior Support Coordinator
CurrentAs a Warrior Support Coordinator, I am responsible for connecting with veterans and their families through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. My primary goal is to assist with the registration process and answer eligibility questions, while also providing program overviews to newly registered veterans and family members.To ensure continuous support and engagement, I use both inbound and outbound communication methods, utilizing probing questions to identify specific needs and uncover new opportunities. As part of my role, I also develop, update, and maintain current and accurate data in the organization's internal systems. In addition, I follow up with internal teammates, veterans, caregivers, family members, and community resources as appropriate, always seeking to build and maintain professional relationships with organizational programs.Key Accomplishments:► Maintained 96.3% KPI while embracing the organizational mission and program changes.► Reduced complex situations and improved client service levels by engaging with senior leadership to share vital resources and key concerns.► Ensured clients received the top level of care by taking complex cases and networking across the organization.► Supplied 100+ additional resources to add to the organization’s Information and Referral resource database that positively impacted thousands of current and future clients.► Reduced case volume due to the current economic climate by compiling a secondary national resource list for critical financial assistance.
