 Work with Internal and External Legal to review and implement legal disclosure for our State Municipal Funds. Work with the Product Governance Team and lead the Annual Industry Concentration reviews for our team. Engaged in managing our Teams Regulatory Document Checklist to assure accuracy and quality. Experienced with template-based contracts as they apply to our Mutual Funds. Oversee the work of other Legal Product Specialists to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to legal guidelines by performing detailed reviews and analysis of mutual fund products such as, Prospectuses and Statements of Additional Information prior to filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Provide performance reviews, coaching, and feedback to other Product Specialists to aid in their performance and development needs. Manage a high volume of work with varied development timelines in addition to participating in regular update meetings across the legal product group and disclosure group. Adept at interacting with both external business partners and those within the organization to meet deadlines, communicate progress, and resolve issues. Created, implemented and managed new resources to drive error prevention and streamline the review process.  Recently lead a process improvement project for the Annual Board Review of Strategies and Objectives and was able to shift over a 100 work hours away from the team. Currently manage several centralized tasks and previously acted as Performance Liaison and conducted weekly/monthly meetings with the Treasurer’s Office and the Fund Performance Team regarding issues that affect our Shareholder documents. Acted as liaison to the Legal Product Group and the SME for any SHU/Annual related questions.
