• Deliver and execute a full spectrum of HR services to a specified internal client group
• Provide guidance to junior level team members
• Intake and triage within guidelines on sensitive Employee Relations cases and manager inquiries
• Act as an escalation point on more complex matters for Strategic HRBPs, line of business managers and Centers of Excellence
• Execute in the delivery of adhoc reporting & analysis and special projects.
• Fulfill the delivery of HR solutions of core processes including Talent and Development, Compensation & Mobility, Employee Relations, and Special Projects

Levittown, PA

• Partner with managers to coordinate and investigate employee complaints from field employees
• Seek regular guidance from HR Coordinators and/or HR Manager
• Make recommendations to managers for the resolution of employee relation issues in accordance with Federal/State compliance
• Assist with end to end HR process which includes project management and policy institutions
• Guide managers through Performance Improvement Plans and career path planning
• Update HR Coordinator and HR Manager daily and weekly on all employee relations matters verbally and through the Employee Relations Tracking Report

Willow Grove, PA

• Ensure that benefit plans and deductions adhere to the governing union contracts
• Process all benefit payments and union dues deductions
• Responsible for all union benefits and union employee relations for Asplundh on the east coast
• Review renewed contracts for changes in contributions and method of payments
• Work with employees from numerous states to help them with their concerns and questions
• Construct weekly and monthly Excel uploads for the union payments to be issued
