Vehicles consisting of armored SUV’s/sedans with roll cages, armored tactical military vehicles, off-road Jeeps, and administrative vehicles such as big and small SUV/sedans. Responsible for opening and closing dispatch tickets (mileage reports) at the beginning and end of each month. Uploading and input of all maintenance and fuel receipts in FMIS/ILMS. Planning and scheduling of all maintenance, whether it’s internal or external to our agency. Coordinating repairs with DEAV for armored vehicles, consisting of replacing armored glass or door handles/latches. Managing the Fleet dashboard and vehicle requests as they are submitted. Scheduling all vehicles for training or administrative use, up to a full calendar year ahead of time. Managing all other logistics functions including shipping and receiving, and tracking shipped or incoming packages. Demonstrating how to correctly fill out in processing forms and conduct safety briefings before they could begin their training. Ensuring all students were able to place lunch orders at the beginning of each day. Recorded and processed paperwork in the event of any student injuries. Provided each student with training certificate, and gave them best wishes before the departed the country for high-threat posts overseas.
