Logistician:Tracks and receives incoming packages/freight deliveries to warehouse from both CONUS and OCONUS vendors/customers. Unpacks deliveries, conducts inventory and quality control check, reconciles purchase order documents. Records all serialized components and adds items to asset management system(s). Creates shipments for both CONUS and OCONUS vendors/customers containing li-ion batteries, works with freight forwarders, customs brokers when shipping internationally. Vehicles consisting of armored SUV’s/sedans with roll cages, armored tactical military vehicles, off-road Jeeps, and administrative vehicles such as big and small SUV/sedans. Responsible for opening and closing dispatch tickets (mileage reports) at the beginning and end of each month. Uploading and input of all maintenance and fuel receipts in FMIS/ILMS. Demonstrating how to correctly fill out in processing forms and conduct safety briefings before they could begin their training. Ensuring all students were able to place lunch orders at the beginning of each day. Recorded and processed paperwork in the event of any student injuries. Provided each student with training certificate, and gave them best wishes before the departed the country for high-threat posts overseas.
