• Led a cross functional team to develop the program and guidance for providing shelter resident transition assistance resulting in shelters being opened for shorter periods of time and more individualized recovery.
• Led the development and management of the Recovery Assistance and Support Center to provide virtual support of processing and payment resolution for large scale financial assistance programs
• Provided leadership and counsel to the City of El Paso in the development of their community recovery/resiliency program following the August 3 shooting, to include the establishment of their family assistance center.
