After struggling with figuring out what I wanted from a career, I took at staff position at an IT support desk, and found that for the first time in my adult life, I had both talent and passion for what I was doing.I handled the school’s Learning Management System, which drove me to pursue a career as an LMS Administrator/Faculty Trainer and complete my Masters in Education Technology. From there, it became clear that I enjoyed conceptualizing and executing projects, and began defining processes to enhance Support Desk functionality. Most recently, I took a position as a Personal Technology Specialist which has allowed me to pursue opportunities in Project Management and Training. These high-profile projects include training faculty, and developing new training programs, which has helped me further develop my career in my area of expertise.
