Black Rhino Creative (BRC) is a documentary film production company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of traditional storytelling. A passion for finding the human spirit in every piece, BRC has created and screened award winning content for broadcasters such as CBC, Knowledge Network, Telus Optik, AMI, SBS Australia, and Air Canada. Recent achievements include a six part Indigenous food and travel series named 'Red Chef Revival', currently being distributed internationally by Marble Media, which earned BRC a Leo Award for Best Direction. The series also received a 2020 Golden Sheaf Award, the 2019 Best Doc Series of the year by Doc Weekly and was a 2020 Webby Awards Honoree. The series has educational distribution (Cinema Guild) to universities across the country such as McGill University, Browns University, Queen's University, University of North Texas Library and York University.
