Starting out as a standard call handler position, within a week i was promoted to an IT champion role, assisting multiple teams on IT related issues. Within a month i was then promoted to deputy team leader, helping to manage a full team of call handlers, performing call quality reviews and performance management working under a team lead, and within 2 months from start i have been promoted to a Team Leader position, in charge of a full team of Call Handlers and responsible for all aspects of team performance and management!

Airborne Interactive is a company that currently develops in-flight entertainment systems for many of the worlds leading airlines, including, but not limited to; Virgin, Aerolineas, Iberia, Avianca, China Southern, United, and Singapore Airlines. With Offices in the U.K. and U.S. working closely with Panasonic Aero division, we continue to this day to maintain and enhance older software systems as well as develop new and innovative entertainment systems for the ever advancing technologies on board modern day aircraft.Since 2011 I have built myself up from a junior developer with no experience to a versatile, skilled and well rounded developer nominated for staff of the year! I have at various times been in different roles within a number of projects, from overseeing peers development and training, to quality controlling a projects pixel perfect graphical elements, to being a front line contact liaising with focal's and clients at Panasonic, to managing the development and feedback for up to 6 different active projects single-handed. My training and roles have enabled me to be diverse in many useful development techniques and programs, as well as showing i have the ability to learn and adapt quickly and to a professional level in a short space of time, something indispensable in any programmer (as any new role will always involve an acclimatisation process).Well-versed in a projects entire life cycle, i have first hand experience of every step, from the planning of base code structures and graphical elements/positioning before pitching ideas to the client, to the final integration and release process.My role has involved travelling multiple times to Lake Forest CA to integrate projects on proper hardware setups at Panasonic Headquarters, obviously part of this is not only demanding good technical knowledge, but also demonstrates the ability to interact both coherently and socially with a number of teams from around the world on a single project.

Before starting my current career I worked in a huge number of roles across a number of organisations as well as raising and supporting a family.While full details are on my C.V. my life has brought me a wealth of different experiences in different roles, including: Sainsburys - my first proper job, spanning 4 years, starting on tills and working up to being charge of the newspaper/magazine sections Bar Manager for multiple busy public houses, involving managing staff and stock as well as customer interaction Artists Apprentice - Assisted with the development and construction of one of the “5 Senses” art exhibits displayed in Portsmouth high street Farm work - from pepper picking to lettuce cutting, 5 a.m. starts and hard physical labour were some of my first working experiences Voluntary Work at Chichester Nursery Carer - both professionally as a live-in carer for a multiple sclerosis sufferer, as well as in my personal life for a disabled spouse Parent! As a full-time primary caring parent, there is little the world can throw at you that having 2 children hasn't already taught you how to handle!
