Direct and manage a team of credit representatives who are responsible for administering and enforcing the company credit policy. Duties include providing support and motivation to team members, supervising and assigning workflow to ensure efficient operation of the credit department, training employees and evaluating employee performance, negotiating acceptable credit terms, approving credit policy waiver decisions, and communicating those decision to sales and sales management. Responsible for evaluating credit department policies processes and making suggestions for improvements, solving problems and ensuring that the credit department is functioning as efficiently as possible.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for evaluating AT&T Advertising Solutions customer credit applications in order to make recommendations for the extension of credit. Other duties included validating the identity of individuals and various entities to prevent credit fraud, pulling and reviewing credit reports, verifying bank and trade references, investigating customer account information to make appropriate advance pay recommendations, updating CSS by creating and resolving credit queries to ensure compliance with credit policy, keying credit data, and documenting customer accounts accordingly.

Houston, Texas Area

Responsible for monitoring and enforcing company credit policy by communicating and coordinating with sales management, sales representatives, sales support, the credit verification group, local attorneys, and outside customers regarding policies and procedures required to resolve customer credit commitments in order to return or retain advertising revenue in both print and online directories. Responsible for collecting past due money from customers, and serving as a professional witness on behalf of AT&T in court and mediation proceedings.

Houston, Texas Area

Responsible for generating revenue through sales of print and online advertising. Perform customer account analysis and needs assessment. Prepare and present a professional sales recommendation that meets customer's advertising needs.
