Manage the planning, direction, and coordination of activities related to transportation operations within the Transit Division and to prepare grant applications for federal and state transit funds. Develop operations and service plans, oversee Transit Division employees, enforce safety policies and procedures. Prepare and administer federal and state grants, develop and monitor budgets, and oversee transit related services, including fixed route, ADA paratransit, as well as other transportation related services.

Planning, administrative and operations assistance to public transportation planning organizations and public transportation systems. Responsible for programmatic areas, including grant management and oversight, coordinating and implementing all activities relative to federal and state capital; directly affecting the efficiency and safety of public transportation services statewide.
