I am experienced and motivated PIP 2 accredited investigator. This role requires the utilisation of a range of appropriate investigative approaches to gather material, placing the victim at the centre of all actions and decisions, to safely and effectively investigate serious and complex crimes with a view to achieving an appropriate outcome for that investigation.Skilled in effectively managing team budgets while achieving positive outcomes. Experienced in working closely with partners and stakeholders to achieve outcomes in line with organisational priorities. Strong team player with personal drive and a high degree of intrinsic motivation. Positive ‘can do’ attitude with a passion to improve service delivery and working to the highest ethical standards. The ability to work independently or as part of a team whilst driving performance. Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively at all levels with strong presentation skills. Ability to set investigative strategy and carry out investigations utilising tactics and techniques relating to relevant legislation. Able to analyse data sets to identify relevant material to produce evidential products (written and/or verbal) for use in Court proceedings. Experienced in completing risk assessments and able to strategically think during critical Incidents. Ability to assess and develop intelligence. Experienced in working alongside partner agencies. Able to provide a fast time response to critical incidents. Experienced in researching, assessing, collating and disseminating intelligence securely in a fast paced environment. Proactive in learning and seeking further training to better my own capabilities and that of my team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
