I currently lead Rayonier's forest planning and inventory team across our US South portfolio. Our team is responsible for developing strategic and tactical harvest schedules, overseeing operational inventory collection, compilation, loading and reporting, and providing support to Rayonier's resource units, acquisitions, and land sales teams.

I led Rayonier's operational forest inventory programs with the goal of maximizing the value of our inventory information by developing and compiling annual inventory reports, analyzing trends, and collaborating with our resource unit teams to solve complex forest inventory problems. Additional responsibilities included supporting harvest scheduling efforts by reviewing yield assumptions to ensure recommendations are realistic and sustainable and providing inventory support for acquisitions and land sales.

Responsibilities included performing property-specific and estate-level valuations of timberland and real estate, leading land sales and acquisitions due diligence and supporting customers with land classification, strategic planning and market research activities.

Responsibilities included budgeting, managing, and growing non-traditional resource revenues, maximizing net-present value of the land base by developing and executing new business opportunities and managing existing programs to maximize the growth of value added businesses from hunting and recreational uses, minerals, cell-towers, pine straw, biomass, rental licenses and other value added land uses.

Responsibilities included maximization of timber revenue at the Resource Unit level by means of tactical harvest scheduling of stumpage and delivered wood sales, as well as timber sale design, preparation, and negotiation.

Completed a Master of Science degree focusing on the impacts of silvicultural activities on hardwood development and total stand productivity in Loblolly Pine plantations in the Piedmont and Upper Coastal Plain of Georgia and Alabama.

Responsibilities included weekly recon on radio-collared black bears (including location triangulation and cub workups), deer harvest data collection, deer spotlight surveys, vegetation data workup, Wildlife Management Area (WMA) property line painting, prescribed burning, and timber marking.
