As a proven leader across multiple industrial disciplines, I have had the opportunity to lead and improve teams in mechanical and electrical maintenance in both manufacturing and production and process settings. I pride myself in forward thinking management, always trying to build on strengths within my team. I believe every employee has a roll to play and I try to develop everyone on my team to achieve their individual goals within the team setting. In the 25 years I have spent in industry, I’ve been exposed to all functions of construction, manufacturing, production, and maintenance processes from new greenfield facility startups to maintenance and reliability functions for process improvement within well established companies. I’ve been fortunate enough during this time to be able to participate in continuous improvement teams, have gained extensive experience in planning and scheduling, have been tasked with creating standard operating procedures, and have acquired experience operating in multiple CMMS systems including initiating implementation of a new system for a large start up in the Lafayette area. In my current roll, I am working to build and improve my team to help them realize their true potential in their craft.
