My role is to lead a team to establish and provide the solutions for the development needs of the Relationship Fundraising teams within Macmillan.

I'm involved with planning, designing, delivering and evaluating training sessions and learning activities, to ensure that we have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to continuously improve our existing operations within direct services - and to help us achieve our ultimate goal of continuing to directly support even more people affected by cancer.

I am responsible for the Mortgage Sales teams within First Direct in Hamilton. My role includes leading and motivating leaders to drive my department's performance against key sales, efficiency and quality measures.

My role involves developing new leaders within the sales department. I am also tasked with helping create an infrastructure for a recently formed department and working closely with management to create an effective sales and coaching culture.
