College Events Coordinator
The College Event Coordinator is responsible for projecting a positive image of Rosemont College to the public through the planning, execution, and evaluation of all College events, including, but not limited to: Non Credit Programs, Family Weekend, Cap & Gown Ceremony/Convocation, Academic Honors Day, Presidential Lecture, Alumni Lecture Series, Cresset Dinner, Campaign Events, College Christmas Party, Donor Receptions, Fundraising events, Commencement, and Reunion. The Coordinator serves as the Chair of the Family Weekend, Commencement, and Reunion. The Coordinator manages all logistical details of all College events, working very closely with the Departments of Operations, Public Safety, and Food Service. The College Event Coordinator must have an excellent working relationship with the Community Relations Liason.
