About Ryan Mcfarlane
My diverse legal career has one common unifying theme; my commitment and dedication to Administrative Law. I have represented a wide variety of clients within a wide range of processes – from leading the Prohibited Action team within the Workers Advisers to representing clients in employment, labour and human rights. Most recently, I have held the posit if Discriminatory Action team within the Workers’ Advisors office. Within this role, I not only provide substantive training to the team as a whole but I also have been integrally involved in the development of policy and guidelines for our various third party agencies. Additionally, I also mentor advisers on substantive and strategic matters concerning discriminatory action.
