As an experienced human services professional, I have managed programs resulting in system transformation, developed successful funding proposals, and facilitated collaborations leading to positive impacts for underserved populations. I use co-creation and other Human-Centered Design principles to ensure the right voices are at the table and that they have an active role in decision-making. I have provided oversight and leadership to support teams in delivering high-quality services, creatively using limited resources, operating within budget, and meeting program objectives and outcomes.I am an experienced leader who creates a trusting environment that supports the hard work required for lasting change, and I find great joy in assisting organizations with developing solutions to complex challenges.Please consider the following highlights of my career:✅Facilitated cross-system collaborations to meet the complex needs of people experiencing homelessness, which resulted in over 750 referrals to permanent housing programs during FY 2020/21✅Served on the core CCSI team that convened the Shelter Task Force at the start of COVID to ensure the safety of shelter staff and guests, leading to an unprecedented partnership between emergency housing and public health in Monroe County✅Secured over $1,000,000 in total HUD funding to support CCSI’s homeless services in addition to $50,000 in new funding dedicated to a Landlord Incentive Program, and $900,000 in total funding from local municipalities to support financial assistance and housing stability case management services✅Developed an evaluation roadmap and data tracking and visualization tool for a local System of Care to help them monitor key performance indicators and remain focused on their goal of supporting all youth and families in the countyThe best way to reach me is rmcintosh@ccsi.org.
