MAKE - the young people choose a form of media to express their ideas. This could be digital (film, podcast, blog) or physical (photos, collage, storyboard) or a mixture of both. Since 2015 I have been the lead Intergenerational Practioner at the Citadel, overseeing our Old's Cool Intergenerational Project. Key responsibilities include programme development and delivery, managing volunteers, and monitoring and evaluation. I am also one of the lead workers for the New Spin Intergenerational Cafe which we deliver with our partners Pilmeny Development Project.

Responsibilities: This role primarily consisted of increasing the scope of anti-sectarianism work taking place in Leith and overseeing the development of reminiscence work exploring the history of sectarianism in Leith. Ensuring young people at risk of disengaging from school were matched with appropriate mentors and supported in setting and achieving measurable goals.
