Responsible for directing the Zephyr Point Program Department. Successfully increased program total revenue from $250K in 2014 to over $650K in 2019. In 2020 our projected growth would have exceed $1M, but due to program cancellations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic this was never realized.• Create and implement a fresh program strategic plan and charter (Program Philosophy, Vision, and Values) while still remaining congruent with the Zephyr Point Mission Statement• Develop, budget, direct, and staff new and innovative program conferences and retreats for adults, college students, youth, and children including The Tahoe Semester - an accredited university study program that explores the intersection between environmental sciences and the humanities• Develop Marketing plan to promote newly created strategic plan and newly designed program offerings• Oversee and mentor Program Department staff (5 year-round and 25 summer-seasonal).
