I was hired back at Algoma orchards as a lead hand and then promoted to Maintenance Manager in 2021. I am responsible for planning and coordinating new installations. I am also responsible scheduling and assigning all work duties for our maintenance team, training of apprentices and new hires. I am also the safety liaison for the maintenance department.
