• Worked in all departments within Epilog including, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and customer service to gain well-rounded, business focused experience • Completed the monthly analysis over units sold to understand the monthly revenue for each entity• Utilized Syteline, the company’s internal system, to manage inventory by running various workbenches to determine what parts needed stocking depending on the lead time and safety stock on hand• Performed a cycle count on inventory and restocked items in the warehouse once the parts were received• Assisted in reconciling the bank statements, depositing checks received from customers, applying the payments to the correct invoices, and processing checks paid to vendors• Matched packing slips to invoices for inventory items then vouchered the invoices to be sent for payment• Created a sales pitch outlining all the new features on Epilog’s promotional video for the new product line• Completed documentation over all lasers sold between August 2022 – August 2023 for the annual reports sent to the FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health
