I am a dedicated sports physical therapist with 15+ years of experience, specializing in helping athletes of all levels achieve peak performance and optimal health. My journey includes 8 seasons with the Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox, where I had the incredible opportunity to serve as the traveling physical therapist for the Cubs, being on the bench during the historic 2016 World Series win. I’ve also had the privilege of working with MLB MVPs, Cy Young winners, and All-Stars, which has enhanced my understanding of elite athletic performance.While rehabbing those from injury is a primary aspect of my job, I also focus on injury prevention and performance enhancement. I identify weak links in the kinetic chain by collecting and interpreting data related to mobility, strength, stability and power. This helps me to work with the individual athlete and build a personalized injury prevention program and/or enhance sport-specific training tailored to achieving their goals. In addition to my role as a physical therapist, I have served as a strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer, helping clients reach their physical and life goals. I believe in empowering individuals through education and support, fostering motivation and resilience.Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking with my two young boys, water skiing, snowboarding, playing hockey, and engaging in fun catch sessions with my patients.
