Working as part of a small team, I managed a mortgage arrears portfolio of circa £8 million. I became the face of RBS’ Top Talent scheme, in which I was given the opportunity to star in one ofthe Bank’s Youtube videos for their recruitment blog.I also deputised for the Team Leader of the RBS Telephony Team, managing a team of twenty.
