As the Head Golf Professional at Black Bull it was my job to hire, train, supervise, schedule, and motivate a staff of up to 20 employees. I managed the golf operation's budget, payroll, cost control, and general accounting including membership dues. Through coordinating and planning all golf and social events, I was instrumental in building the culture of Black Bull for members and their guests. As a member of the PGA it was also my responsibility to teach individuals and groups the game of golf. Through developing and offering new teaching programs that could accommodate golfers of all ages and levels, I was able to grow lesson revenue by 40%.

I accepted a position as the 1st Assistant Golf Professional. In this role I accepted more responsiblity, managing the golf shop and outside service staff of 15 employees. In this role I excelled at tournament operations and event planning, helping manage all golf tournments. During my time at Elkhorn I was consistantly given additional projects due to exceptional time management and success at everyday tasks.

I started my golf career at The Valley Club, a 27-hole private golf course in Hailey, ID. On a day-to-day basis I assisted in sales, inventory, tee time management, merchandising and customer service. I created all procedure for tournament setup through the Tournament Pairing Program solftware. It was also my responsiblity to help coordinate and design youth camps to introduce juniors to the game of golf.
