• Supported the Army’s requirement to develop and maintain an integrated portfolio management for Army intelligence capabilities to facilitate investment, divestment, and trade space decisions. • Supported doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership & education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) review, management and integration of intelligence capabilities across all Warfighting Functions (WfFs). Development of modernization planning within the portfolio and identify existing capabilities outside the portfolio for leveraging DoD assets to support MI. • Researched and developed one DA level document, The Intelligence Modernization Strategy, which supported the overall Army Modernization Plan. • Supported Department of the Army level exercises and concepts, The Joint Warfighting Assessment (JWA), Multi-Doman Task Force (MDTF), Army Campaign of Learning (ACoL), to ensure MI equities are vetted and represented at all echelons. This had a direct and far-reaching impact on the MI Corps for future generations. • Assisted with the coordination and execution of the Force Integration Working Group (FIWG), the Capabilities Integration Enterprise Forum (CIEF), Quarterly Futures Review (QFR), Vice Chief of Staff of the Army (VCSA) Capability Portfolio Reviews (CPRs) and Semi-Annual Status Briefs (SASB).• Updated monthly and maintained the Joint Capability and Integration Development System (JCIDS) matrix tracking the status of intelligence materiel capability development efforts.• Was part of a four personnel team that is the co-lead on the Joint Operations Integration Assessment (JOIA) with the Marine Corps and Navy. The exercise measured and assessed joint forces interoperability on Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence, network architecture and survivability of equipment.
