515 East 72nd Street, a luxury condominium conversion project. Design and construction in the 41-story apartment building occurred over multiple years in six phases and involved field surveying and preparation of construction documents for the residential units, spa, health club, and café spaces. My responsibilities have ranged from designing and laying out many of the multi-apartment private residences in the building to working with individual clients.Upper East Side Penthouse, 8,800SF luxury apartment. As Project Architect I played a key role in the conceptual design and construction of the penthouse which was designed for the Witkoff Group. The apartment’s floor to ceiling windows and two terraces afford a 360 degree view of Manhattan. There are five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a 21’x65’ great room with a double sided fireplace, and a full service SieMatic kitchen.The Metropolitan Club of New York, 1 East 60th Street, Building Architect. For over 20 years ADP has provided a full range of technical and design services for the 1894 McKim, Mead & White private club. My work has included guest room and exterior renovations, and renovation of the club’s 6th floor member’s dining space. I have also facilitated the club with extensive capital improvement projects such as the recently completed liquid membrane roof.205 West 39th Street Offices, Building Architect; a classic 17-story 1922 Garment District manufacturing building turned Calvin Klein headquarters. As the primary contact for ADP I have facilitated the building in a variety of capital improvement and life safety projects as well as reviewing proposed tenant work for the building. I have worked to obtain an updated Certificate of Occupancy changing what has long been an office building from its original manufacturing designation. Through review of all tenants’ proposed work I have facilitated in setting building standards to ensure the lasting integrity of the building’s infrastructure.
