Companies with sales teams work with me to develop their client acquisition systems and outsource sales management activities.In the last few years, I've personally helped more than 1,000 business owners with B2B client acquisition, published a book on sales training, invented and sold two consumer products, owned two marketing agencies, provided consulting services for over 500 small businesses on sales and retention in B2C offers, and have developed sales training for several franchises.The majority of my leadership experience is in sales, sales training, follow up systems, scalable fulfillment, and lead generation. As a fractional sales manager and consultant, I particularly enjoy producing a culture that causes teams and individuals to develop at an accelerated rate, pull together and maximize their potential. When working with other companies, I prefer helping new or stagnant companies and my favorite measure of success is increased sales. My role often includes: helping executives accomplish more with less effort, increasing sales, developing lead generation and follow up systems, assembling and activating teams, refining sales and sales training processes, reducing the cost of customer acquisition and eliminating the unnecessary. Rather than seeing individuals and organizations work harder for increased return, my nature is to challenge limitations, release bottlenecks and equip companies to produce more results with less effort.I believe that we are all leaders and wherever we go, we're influencing the way things are done.
