Halogen Acid Production Furnace ($142MM TIC): Project Manager representing Formosa, tasked with oversight of all Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of the new HAPF unit as designed by the licensor Vichem. Initiated several firsts for the Formosa site: documented Engineering Work Processes, Bidder Scope Accountability, and Bluebeam cloud based document sharing. Project scope includes Furnace & Recovery Boiler, Quench, Acid Separation, Stripping & Storage, Feedstock Rail Unloading & Storage, and a complex OSBL Piperack overbuild. Materials of construction include: Graphite, Tantalum, FRP, Teflon, and Kynar.• Monsanto, MON11900 Dicamba ($1BN TIC): OSBL Project Engineer for a project to install a completely new Dicamba unit, the first of its kind in the world. The project is equally divided between ISBL and OSBL with dedicated truck & rail loading/unloading, truck & rail storage, waste water treatment, flare system, cooling tower, firewater system, and package boiler. Primary responsibility for change management, challenging and setting the expectation for quality of change requests from the engineer.

Balanced competing priorities for projects in various execution phases in a wide range of sizes as large as $32.7 MM TIC as Project Manager and $159 MM TIC as Project Engineer. • Axiall, Train 5 Reactor 21 Addition ($32.7MM TIC): Project Manager for Expansion of existing PVC train to include one all new reactor, new ancillary systems, and upgraded VCM stripping. Coordinated expedited schedule with delivery of fast track design packages for construction and assisted client in negotiation of construction contract.• Motiva, Amite Tank Farm Mods ($159MM TIC): Project Engineer for Project Amite modifications to the Convent tank farm. Repurposed Gasoline storage for Gas Oil for export including pre-heat systems and transfer and export pumping stations. Expanded HCGO and LCGO handling with additional pumping capacity.• Shell, Olefins Flare Gas Recovery ($82MM TIC): Project Engineer for Deer Park green field Flare Gas Recovery Unit detailed design. OSBL and ISBL scope for the new unit, which includes two compressor trains and related knock out vessels, caustic scrubbers, aftercoolers, caustic handling pumps, and all new MCC and RIE buildings.

• Project Engineer IV for Georgia-Pacific’s Port Hudson Mill. Responsible for capital projects as large as $11.7 MM TIC utilizing G-P’s Decision Making Framework. Evaluated economic and safety impact of each project with fair comparisons of alternative solutions. • 60 MW Steam Turbine Trip Valve Upgrade ($2.3 MM): Upgrade of trip valve design to include stronger stem, push to close actuator, and push button start. Changes included major reconstructive machine work to the two critical trip valves to accept all new trim and actuators.• Black Liquor Pond Closure ($11.7 MM): Install of a new 4.1MM gallon API storage tank and transfer pumps with internal rake to replace a 12 million gallon black liquor storage pond. Development included extensive financial analysis of tank size and material alternatives. • Screw Press Replacements ($4.5 MM): Replacement of existing dated screw presses with latest generation presses. Development included extensive financial analysis of alternatives.

• Project Engineer for Placid Refining Company’s Port Allen refinery. Responsible for maintenance and capital projects as large as $10.7MM TIC. Represented Placid by managing onsite and outsourced multi-discipline design teams. • Vacuum Unit Revamp ($3.8MM): Piping and equipment improvements increased unit throughput from 24MBPD to 27MBPD at increased crude densities. • ROSE Unit 11,000 BPD Expansion ($10.7MM): De-bottlenecked 6,000 BPD unit and implemented process improvements as developed by technology license holder Kellogg Brown and Root. Fast track execution.• New 20,000 gpm Cooling Tower ($5.3MM): Installed new grass roots cooling tower system as added cooling capacity for refinery expansion.
