As an Applied Mathematics and Computer Science student at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, I am passionate about solving complex problems and analyzing data using various tools and techniques. I have graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, which will equip me with both theoretical and practical knowledge in these fields.I am currently in a role as a Performance Data Analyst at EDSI CareerLink where I deal with sensitive government documents like passports, social security numbers, selective service info, and more for hundreds of people every day. As a Performance Data Analyst I collect, asses, read, and interpolate the data into a more comprehensible means for our team to understand how effective we are as well as find possible weak points that we may be able to work on. Part of my job is to audit participant exit files once they have exited the program, as the teams ISO representative it is my job to comb though all exited files to make sure that everything is in order and correct to then be submitted.In the summer of 2022, I had the opportunity to work as an intern at Selective Insurance, where I applied my SQL and Visual Studio skills to support the data analysis team. I worked with other interns and professionals to develop, test, and debug code, as well as to create reports and dashboards for various projects. I learned how to work in a team-based environment that focuses on high code quality and collaborative efforts. I also gained valuable insights into the insurance industry and its data-driven processes.
