This complex initiative involved a comprehensive analysis of resources, personnel distribution, and operational needs.• Mission Rebalancing & Optimization: Played a key role in rebalancing mission sets across multiple states, optimizing manpower and resources to ensure maximum operational efficiency. Coordinated with senior leadership to streamline operations, ensuring that critical missions were met while supporting soldiers' career aspirations.• Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Coordinated with military leadership, human resources, and operational units to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring.
