Design, test, and build complete solutions for numerous high-end clientele on tight time frames. I incorporate my past experience with automobiles to the world of competition crate engines. I design and build various products that will improve the performance of our competition engines. Also design, build, and test fixtures and assemblies to aid in the production line process. These fixtures utilize my automotive experience as well as materials sciences and designing. Along with engineering and designing at Roush, I have also had the opportunity to manage several programs with large budgets. All of which are completed in a timely fashion. This has given me experience in project management and an overall knowledge for how the entire project comes together. It is this overall business awareness along with engineering experience that separates me from the average engineer.

I was the direct supervisor to 30+ highly trained machine operators. I oversaw the fabrication of 45,000 fuel rails monthly. This involved planning and time management along with extensive communication skills to ensure that my team was focused and informed. My leadership along with teamwork and co-operation allowed my team to achieve our goals.
