Point of contact for all Frozen customers, managing all new incoming frozen orders as well as planning all needs for production plant.Overseeing warehouse employees, keeping a clean facility, picking of frozen orders, making sure everything is stored properly and safe. Maintaining inventory on all ingredients, packaging material (bags, boxes, wrap, kwic-locs), sanitation supplies for the dry storage warehouse.Receiving all ingredients and materials from outside vendors for the production plant, inputting into operating systems, and also distributing as needed. At busiest time overseeing 5 over the road drivers and a fleet of 5 CDL box trucks (3 dry trucks/2 reefer trucks).Maintaining contact with truck leasing company to ensure trucks are receiving preventative maintenance when needed and also when any breakdowns occur.Ensuring all material handling equipment is in safe working order, dealing directly with MHS Lift when preventative maintenance or breakdowns occur.Conducting daily GMP/Safety walk through to find any possible issues in the warehouse. Maintained a relationship with pest control service member weekly to discuss any issues found and what corrective actions need to be done.Inputting all new Frozen orders into operating systems when they come in and completing billing paperwork prior to them shipping. Delegating tasks to warehouse staff and drivers so they know their daily obligations.

Oversee all production employees to ensure production is being completed in a timely manner.Oversaw 20 employees while also training, hiring, and managing employee schedules.Imputed customer orders into operating system and calculated doughs needed to adequately fulfill orders before providing to production team.Supported all production team members in times of high order volumes.Conduct weekly ingredients and packaging inventories.Responsible for all muffin production and baking by managing inventory and formulating different batters, using depositor to fill pans with batter. Making sure all Good Manufacturing Practices and safety requirements are being followed.

Order ingredients and packaging material ext. from off site storage warehouse in order to keep the plant stocked as well as distributing to designated areas.Replenishing ingredients and packaging storage areas to ensure they have everything they need to keep running.Ensure that all ingredients and packaging materials are rotated so everything is use in Lot # order (First In First Out).Documenting Lot #'s for all ingredients and packaging materials coming in from warehouse and inputting correct lot #'s into the operating system.Staging and shipping out all finished products. Complete load sheets for each shipment to ensure order accuracy. Complete Outgoing Inspections and documentation for all outgoing orders.Use Operating System to make sure billing for each shipment is completed and product Lot's are added and accurate.Keeping all storage areas and loading dock in good/clean order at all times.Operates material handling equipment in a safe manner and make sure the department is following all policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices and safety requirements.

Responsible for documenting ingredient Lot #'s for each dough scaled.Always ensuring correct amount of weight for each ingredient is added accurately based on batch size.Produces doughs accurately based on production needs. Experience with adjusting dough temperatures with Ice and Glycol System to produce correct dough temperature.Responsible for documenting the amount of time the dough was mixed, time dough came out of mixer, amount of water added to dough and dough temperature.Responsible at the end of each shift to replenish all ingredient bins and make sure the work area is clean and everything is in good order.Always following Plant Policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.

Scaling dough's for mixing, dough sizes range from 25 lbs.- 125 lbs. flour weightScaling different dough using formula book. Making sure ingredient weights are added accurately and modifying formulas when necessary.Mixing different doughs in a timely manner to ensure production lines keep running.Oversee production line employees and assist them when needed.Making sure all Good Manufacturing Practices and safely in being followed.
