I am currently a student at Portland Community College, working towards a Bachelors Degree in computer science. As part of my schooling, I am studying programming languages such as C++ and Python, as well as general computer science courses, writing and college level math. I have previously studied computer design at Mount Hood Community College, where I took a wide range courses from C# programming, art and business.I currently have 8 years of retail work experience, starting in food service and eventually working my way into tech with AT&T and Enjoy Technology. I have gained great troubleshooting skills ranging from consumer devices to the internal systems that AT&T and Enjoy use. I am also well equipped to provide excellent customer service and have even received awards and recognition in the past in regards to my abilities. Outside of work I also maintain a passion for technology and enjoy building computers and fiddling with game editors in my spare time. As a result, I would consider myself skilled at installing computer hardware and software, working with computer cooling systems, socketing CPUs, flashing BIOS, disk cloning, etc. I only strive for a professional environment where I can apply the skills I am most passionate about.
