About Ryan Murray

As Associate Vice President of Operations at Omaha Performing Arts, I am responsible for the daily operation and management of the 2,000 seat Holland Performing Arts Center, 2,600 seat Orpheum Theater and the 3,000 standing room Steelhouse Omaha. In this position I oversee the Production, Facilities, Housekeeping, Security, Event Rentals and Food & Beverage departments. As Associate Vice President of Operations I work to establish efficient processes, identify future growth opportunities and provide leadership to a team of managers. I also manage large scale capital projects and maintain an operating budget for each of our venues. I am a goal driven person with a strong passion for venue management and special events. I constantly work to incorporate integrity and professionalism into everything I do. My education background consists of a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Management. I have extensive experience leading large teams, projects and special events. In addition to my work with Omaha Performing Arts, I freelance as a production manager and producer for large scale events in the community.
