PhD researcher with a passion for Cancer Epigentics and development of novel research tools. My current works utilises novel models to understand the role of Epigenetic alterations in Prostate Cancer progression. My expertise includes experimental design, data analysis, and the development and implementation of research tools. I have collaborated on numerous peer-reviewed publications in the fields of; prostate cancer, immunology, organoid model systems, paediatric cancer and iPSCs. I am an innovative scientist with a proactive attitude to challenges. Interests: Oncology, Epigenetics, in vitro models, Organoid models

Development of bone marrow "nicheoids"Through developing differentiation protocols, I was able to created 3D spheroids which were made up of several cell types of the bone marrow microenvironment-this was a robust ex vivo model which allowed our group to investigate the interaction between leukemic cells and cells of the microenvironment. The long term goal was to identify which cells types of the microenvironment were most crucial to the survival and proliferation of leukemic cells as well as identifying the mechanisms by which this occurred.
