My role involves:Managing initial inquiries on Short Term Missions to Africa.Handling documentation for AIM approval, including applications, background checks, and medical forms.Acting as a liaison between missionaries and our travel partner for airline tickets.Communicating with Regional Administrators and Missionary Recruiters.Leading biannual orientation sessions.Utilizing social media platforms for specific service opportunities and connecting past and present missionaries.
