I am working with Attorneys and am conducting interviews while preparing cases for further review. I have gathered evidence, prepared reports, identified direct or indirect violations of Antitrust laws. I have prepared interview reports and followed cases to their final disposition. I have documented findings and concepts of investigation results. I am investigating allegations and following leads in compliance with section 5.of the U.S.C. I am working with teams of 10 or more and independently drawing conclusions based on evidence and interview reports.

I hold a Private Pilot and Instrument FAA rating. I am experienced in developing training materials, guides, visual aids, participant workbooks, management, and safety training programs. I have Experience managing a curriculum of courses and I have integrated course objectives across a variety of management and safety courses. I am experienced in writing policies and procedures for upper level management programs. As a student, I was tasked with representing TSA-OIA on working groups, internal and external to the agency. I have conducted extensive detailed research using legal Lexis-Nexis and Assisted in the development of Aviation Management internal operating procedures, operating guides, briefings, position papers or plans. I have participated in aviation /transportation operations or support activities.

As a Deputy Sheriff, I have conducted Patrol activities among a large designated area of responsibility. I have conducted investigations of fraud. I have developed and followed leads that lead to felony arrests and convictions. I have responded to Emergency and Non-Emergency calls for service. I have experience interviewing witnesses and employees to verify information. I have enforced federal and state statues while interpreting criminal, Administrative, civil laws, and regulations. I have investigated and testified in civil and criminal cases. I am certified in Crisis Intervention Training (CIT). I am a member of The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill. (NAMI) I have worked with technical databases to create geographical maps to determine patterns of crimes within specific areas. I have conducted interviews in which have led to criminal and civil litigation. I have counseled upper level management on new and innovative ideas within the realm of law enforcement for example: Mental Illness, unmanned aerial vehicles (Drones), and safety. I have the experience and the ability to lead teams composed of investigators using intelligence production cycles within a C.O.P.S unit. I have experience in preparing written technical recommendation reports and making oral presentations to senior level managers.
