As the Tap House Grill Bar Manager I actively manage 160 beers through inventory, purchasing, ordering etc. 25 handles are rotating seasonals which allows me the freedom to research, purchase, and tap any beers I want, creating a opportunity for guests to taste, sample, enjoy many beers they may never have had or heard of before.

In conjunction with the General Manager I oversee and Manage all daily operations of the multimillion dollar Pyramid Alehouse, while being responsible for payroll, budgets, food cost and other controllable costs. Actively working with the Health Department, Liquor boards, and Fire Marshals to always be up to code. Constantly creating new menus, promotions, and contests to drive sales all while, lowering labor in my first year saving the company thousands. At peak times during event days I coordinate up to 60 service employees, while sometimes going through up to 50 kegs per day in beer sales.

Provided guests with an excellent dining experience, while constantly managing groups of guests with attentive service. Eagerly offered assistance to other co-workers and Managers as needed. Maximized guest experience with comprehensive knowledge of beer, wine and menu pairings.

Oversaw and Managed all daily operations of a retail store, while actively hiring and training staff to provide the best guest experience possible. Use product and display knowledge to merchandise product displays, sales floor and stock room to boost sales. Regularly maintained levels of product in store and stocked appropriate inventory, all while managing a yearly inventory as well as ticket on sale days. Reduced shrink for retail location to less than .3% over the course of a year. On game days managed up to 35 employees, while generating up to $75,000 of revenue in 3 hours
