As a leader in the Information Technology and Cyber Security realms, Ryan is accountable for the strategy and implementation of efficient and effective processes and technology within Cargill's global infrastructure. He’s lead global operational teams with expertise in Network & Communications, Supply Chain Manufacturing, Security Infrastructure & Engineering and Identity Management. He’s exceptional at bringing together the appropriate talented people across many disciplines in order to accomplish a collective goal with the company’s long term vision in mind.Responsibilities include: Project Management, Strategic Planning, Technical Architecture, Leadership Influence, Vendor Management, Technology Lifecycle Management, Talent Management and Recruiting.Ryan and his wife have two young boys and enjoy their home amongst the woods and wildlife. He enjoys spending time outdoors whenever possible, preferably with family and friends on a hunting or fishing expedition.
