As managing director of this company, Ryan grew the business from a standing start to an annual turnover of 1.2million per year. In 2017, Ryan successfully negotiated and led a successful management buyout program. North Seal operates nationally as a Scaffolding Contractor to a wide range of projects.

Ryan was head hunted to take up a role within the oil industry, however after a short period realised that his skill set and experience was better suited to more senior and strategy based roles.

Ryan successfully grew his own business within the scaffolding contract market. He was responsible for all day to day operational and strategic decisions within his own business. He successfully grew this to a business employing 20 FTE.

Ryan's work experience within the scaffolding industry started within Dalriada. Here he started "on the tools", completing all necessary qualifications and cards to allow him to become a qualified industry expert. Through recognition of his performance, he was quickly promoted through to management levels. Dalriada is a firmly established and respected scaffolding contractor, based in the West of Scotland.
