Responsibility Oversee the Product development of 3 Printing company under TWPH Group(APT Vietnam, APTF Dubai and BPJ in Indonesia). Directly liaise with the customer and supplier for all NPI and NPL development.And transfer all technical information , improvement to OPCO thru concall, meeting and attending all Proofing and trial. Lead in developing technical standards and requirement for Project department for internal process control. Further extend relevant standards and requirement into management & control of supplier/business partner’s delivery. Drive and full involvement in project management from end-to-end for technical aspects for innovation in customer NPI. Introduce new packaging material and latest print process/method to offer add-on value into final product. Provide technical input and ensure right operational capacity and capability to support customer demand by development, management and improvement in long term production/technical capability within the plant Responsible for the development, management, evaluation and improvement of the Product development process to maintain high quality standard of product.

Responsibility: Oversee the operation of all functions in the company : Customer Service ,Project Management , Supply chain ,Costing, Production , Quality Assurance/Control, HR, and Maintenance. Manage overall operations and responsible for the effective and successful management of staff , productivity , quality control, product management , proper planning to ensure efficient production , on time delivery and safety measure as established and set per department. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsible on training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; authoring and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the GM. Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends. Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping. Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Responsibility: Responsible for material, production planning, supply management & to ensure compliance to all process & procedure. Directly responsible for the material, production and inventory planning activities, focused on the overall accuracy, effectiveness & efficiency in support of the sales account teams.  Responsible for reporting improvement plans, production, material and supply updates on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.  Formulate material & production plans in direct support Sales / Marketing Teams.  Tasked with quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of all material, production and supply plans and processes.  Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with Sales and Customer Support Teams.  Head of the Safety Committee.

Responsibility: Managed 5 sections in the company; Product development, Production, Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance to use effectively, the company’s resources and assets. Planning all raw materials, tools and equipment, production schedule, delivery schedule, and manpower. Monitor and analyzes production performance in terms of quality, delivery compliance, production yield, machine efficiency, wastage, material usage, KPI’s, GMP, 5’s, SOP , and Company rules & Regulation.  Monitor and analyzes direct labor cost, variable overhead cost, ensure operation is within target budget and to continuously seek to reduce all production costs. Implements and monitors productivity projects and all improvement at the factory. Ensure all products are in approved customer standard specification to achieved and maintain high quality product at all times.  Conducts quality control monitoring on all processes and finished goods. Set up production process flow, process control, quality specification, procedure, work instruction. Monitor and Implement FIFO system in the warehouse at all times Ensure that all stock at the safety level by proper Inventory. Monitor all machine and equipment will undergone on preventive Maintenance to ensure good running condition.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Planning all the projective delivery for the week , manpower , machine , and materials to maximize machine usage. Decide on machine assignment and provides technical requirements and description of the work to be accomplished. Reporting all production summary monthly , weekly include the non conformance , job tracking , and all accountabilities. Monitors and analyzes production performance in terms of quality , delivery compliance , machine efficiency , wastage , material usage , production yield , GMP , 5’s , Standard operating procedure and company rules and regulation
