I have a decade of experience at the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado. I have worked in various sections in the Sheriff’s Office and run a business in my free time. I worked in the Training Section where I supervised the academy training which included writing lesson plans and keeping training records. I worked in the Patrol Division and Detentions Division and trained new deputies in both divisions. I have multiple instructor certifications including combatives programs, firearms instructor, tactical instructor certifications, and attended leadership courses.I have over 25 years of experience in martial arts and have instructed martial arts for over 14 years. For 8 years I have run a martial arts school in my free time. I have experience in hosting events from local tournaments to national conferences. I have been blessed with the opportunity to regularly instruct women’s self defense courses. I am often requested by local church security teams to instruct workshops.
