-Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.-Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.-Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.-Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.-Organize and supervise shifts.-Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.-Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.-Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.-Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.-Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.-Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.-Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.-Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).-Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.-Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

-Answering patient and customer questions regarding billing and statements.-Tracking and responding to customer specific reporting requirements i.e., call back, fax.-Notating the conversation on the patient's invoice in a practical and concise manner.-Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.-Responsible for processing customer payments and make payment plans.-Recording insurance information provided by patients to update account information.-Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.-Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.-Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of past due amounts needing to be paid to continue service.

-Respond to inbound calls, providing proper greeting as established by the supervisor.-Follow a set script to respond to customers’ inquiries regarding products and services.-Answer customer’s questions about service status, or the status of their claims or deliveries.-Check customer’s accounts while keeping them on hold, maintaining constant contact to ensure that they remain on the line.-Provide customers with information on their account statuses, and any past dues in their names.-Reset usernames and passwords, upon the request of customers, or when account statuses require it.-Provide customers with information on their order timelines, and ensure that reasons for the delay are communicated to them.-Create tickets for problems or issues that cannot be resolved over the telephone, and follow up on ticket statuses.-Escalate difficult cases to supervisors, aiming to resolve problems on an immediate basis.-Work with other team members to resolve tickets according to specified protocols and procedures.-Maintain communication equipment such as phone consoles and headsets, and communicate any issues to the supervisor.

-Welcome customers and politely inquire into their shopping needs.-Provide direction or escort / lead customers to aisles / shelves where their desired products are placed.-Assist customers in locating products on shelves by looking through model numbers or item numbers.-Demonstrate product features and provide detailed information regarding warranties and after-sales services.-Respond politely and accurately to customers’ questions and concerns while remaining within company decorum.-Provide customers with information on different deals and discount options.-Lead customers throughout the purchasing process, from encouraging to buy to closing the deal with payment.-Arrange for customers’ purchases to be carefully and promptly taken to their vehicles.-Assist promotion teams with their efforts such as setting up visual merchandising displays and banners.-Ascertain the overall cleanliness and neatness of the retail floor.
