My roles and responsibilities include carrying out workplace audits, identifying training needs, providing support to management on site in relation to health and safety. Producing weekly/monthly reports to management in health and safety performance. Attend client meetings, involvement in tender process in terms of h&s. Investigate accidents and prepare reports to produce to management. Currently on-going with my NEBOSH diploma.Looking to move into SHEQ management in the future.

Gained my NEBOSH general certificate whilst working on safety netting jobs throughout the UK.Worked on West Burton Power station, Heathrow airport, Stansted airport among others, producing method statements/risk assessments whilst carrying out safety inspections of safety netting and attending client meetings.

Apprentice at Hartlepool Borough Council for 3 years immediately after leaving school. Gained a NVQ Level 3 in plastering. Became interested in health and safety early into my apprenticeship and started attending courses during my time at HBC. Gained IOSH managing safely aged 18.
